Important Information

Iconnect & ParentZone

We are now using Iconnect across all of our settings, this enables us to add photos and observations to your child's record in real time and you can view this for yourself via the ParentZone app. 

You will also be able to view details on your child's record regarding their bookings. contact and invoices. 

If you have not yet registered, please email us and we will send you the link to register.

The Ofsted registration numbers for our settings are as follows:

If you are in receipt of Working Tax credits, you will be required to provide the Ofsted registration number for the setting your child attends.

All of our settings are run in accordance with the EYFS framework and a comprehensive set of Policies and Procedures.

Compliments & Complaints

Parent feedback is always gratefully received. We work hard to do our best for your children while they are in our care it is always nice to hear from the parents that they are happy with the job we are doing. 

We are aware that feedback isn't always positive and we welcome this because we feel as though it provides us with the opportunity to review our settings when it is necessary, to make any positive changes in order to improve the environment.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

Booking changes or cancellations are required to be given with one month notice, where an absence is reported with one month notice there will still be a 50% charge for the absent session. This is a retainer fee in order to keep your child's place at the setting.

Absences taken or cancellations made without one month notice, will be charged at 100%.

Bookings are term time only and will automatically run concurrently into the next term unless notice has been given. 

All new starters booked in before the start of a new term will be booked in and charged for the whole term, this includes reception children who may be subject to a 'phasing in' period of part time hours at school.

If your child will not attend our settings from the start of the new term, we must still be given a month's notice of this and the sessions will be subject to the 50% retainer fee.
